An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing certain boundaries of a district located at 4806 & 4814 13^th Avenue from SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:

That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is, and the same is hereby amended by changing the following described properties from SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) District:

PARCEL ONE:

All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being in Land Lot 67 of the 8^th land District of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being described as “0.508 acres, 4806,” on that certain map or plat entitled “Replat, Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, & 14, Block ‘T’, Hubbs View Subdivision, Lying in Land Lot 67, 8^th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,” dated December 30, 1986, prepared by Webb Engineering & Surveying, Inc., and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Plat Book 100, page 77. Such map or plat is duly incorporated by reference herein, and reference to such map or plat is made for the exact metes and bounds description of said 0.508 Acre tract herein conveyed.

The property is the identical property designated as “Lot 10A, Lot 12A, and Lot 14A” on that certain map or plat of the above lots entitled “Replat of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14, Block ‘T’, Hobbsview Subdivision, Boundary Survey, Land Lot 67, 8^th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,” dated August 14, 2008, prepared by McBride-McGill, LLC, Engineering & Surveying, and recorded in Plat Book 161, Page 275, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and the same is conveyed hereby.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 28^th day of April, 2015; introduced a second time _______ at a regular meeting of said Council held on the day of , 2015 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
