An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at
2104, 2112, and 2120 Floyd Road
NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
All those lots, tracts or parcels of land lying and being in Land Lot 23 of the 9th District in the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee, City of Columbus being known and designated as LOTS NUMBERED ONE (1), TWO (2), and THREE (3) of that certain Subdivision of land known as FORREST GROVE SUBDIVSION, as the same appears on a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 6, page 184, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and to which reference is made for a more particular location and dimensions of said lots.
