2. 2nd Reading - An ordinance providing a moratorium not to exceed 180 days on the use of Shared Electronic Scooters within the confines of Columbus, Georgia except for test programs authorized by this Council and that said moratorium shall expire no later than midnight on January 27, 2020; and for other purposes.
