An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at
447 Andrews Road
LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia and County of Muscogee, in the City of Columbus, south of the Seaboard Air Line Railway right-of-way, north of Andrews Road and embracing those lots designated as Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15 and parts of lots designated as Lots 16, 17, and 18, all in Block F, and a portion of the property marked “Reserved” on the Resurvey of Eastview Subdivision, according to the map or plat of said subdivision, recorded in Deed Book 134, Folio 315, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, GA, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description and location of said tract.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 2
day of December, 2014; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
day of _________________, 2014 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of
members of said Council.
