An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at
4620 Warm Springs Road
(parcel # 083-014-013) from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to
GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to
GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
Beginning at an iron stake located at the intersection of the northerly margin of Miller Road and the southeasterly margin of Warm Springs Road (as said intersection existed on May 6, 1970); thence northeasterly and along the southeasterly margin of said Warm Springs Road, a distance of 198.85 feet to an iron stake located on the northernmost margin of Lot 2 of said Subdivision,
WHICH IS THE BEGINNING POINT OF THE HEREIN CONVEYED PROPERTY;
thence north 27 degrees 28 minutes east, and along the southeasterly margin of said Warm Springs Road right of way, a distance of 100 feet to an iron stake located at the westernmost corner of Lot 4 of said Subdivision; thence south 63 degrees 32 ½ minutes east and along the southwesterly margin of said Lot 4, a distance of 345.84 feet to an iron stake located on the westerly margin of Lot 27 of said Subdivision; thence south 20 degrees 48 minutes west and along the westerly margin of said Lot 27, a distance of 100.56 feet to an iron stake located at the easternmost corner of said Lot 2, thence north 63 degrees 31 ½ minutes west and along the northeasterly margin of said Lot 2, a distance of 357.50 feet to the point of beginning. Situated upon said property is a commercial building numbered 4620 Warm Springs Road, according to the present system of numbering houses in Columbus, Georgia.
