The site for the proposed dealership is approximately 0.5 acres. The applicant has submitted a site plan, which is attached. The purpose of the Special Exception Use is to allow for the operation of an auto sales dealership on less than 2 acres:

Seven (7) property owners within 300 feet of the property have been notified by mail of the proposed Special Exception Use. To date, the Planning Department has not received any comments regarding this request.

Additional Information: The current use for the property is an auto/truck tire sales and installation. The applicant is planning to add the car dealership as an additional use. A minimum of 8 parking spaces shall be provided for customer and employee parking, including one handicapped accessible space.
