An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at
645 Brown Avenue
(Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designed as ALL OF “LOT 100 – 0.275 ACRE”, upon a map or plat entitled “Replat of Part of Land Lot 70, Coweta Reserve”, prepared by Moon, Meeks, & Patrick, Inc., dated February 3rd, 1993, a copy of said plat recorded in Plat Book 121, Folio 63 in Plat Book 137, Page 31 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, and reference is made to said map or plat for the most particular location of the property hereby conveyed.
The above-described property is being rezoned subject to the following conditions:
1. The rear setback line shall be reduced from 15 feet to 0 feet.
2. The side setback on the south side of the property shall be reduced from 15 feet to 2 feet.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 23
