A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ALLOW FOR AUTOMOTIVE SALES LESS THAN 2 ACRES, BUT MORE THAN 0.5 ACRE LOCATED AT 3350, 3370, AND 3380 VICTORY DRIVE.
WHEREAS,
Tom Williams has requested a Special Exception for Automotive sales less than 2 acres, but more than 0.5 acre within the GC (General Commercial) zoning district; and,
WHEREAS,
Automotive sales less than 2 acres, but more than 0.5 acres is permitted solely as a Special Exception Use under the current GC (General Commercial) zoning district; and,
WHEREAS,
the Planning Department and Planning Advisory Commission have reviewed the request and recommended approval, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7.B of the Unified Development Ordinance has been properly met and a Special Exception Use to allow the operation of a automotive sales less than 2 acres, but more than 0.5 acres are granted for the properties located at 3350, 3370, & 3380 Victory Drive, otherwise known as parcels # 045-003-001, 045-003-002, & 045-003-003.

members of said Council.
