AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing certain boundaries of a district located at 7822 & 7838 Lloyd Road from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:

That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is, and the same is hereby amended by changing the following described properties from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) District:

PARCEL ONE:

All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as all of Lot Twenty-Seven (27), in that subdivision known as LLOYD SHINN, as said lot is shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision in Plat Book 1, Page 56 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description and location of said lot.

PARCEL TWO:

All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, being in LLOYD SHINN SUBDIVISION, and being PART OF LOT NUMBER TWENTY-SIX (26), in said Lloyd Shin Subdivision, as shown by a map thereof appearing of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia in Plat Book 1, Folio 57. The part of said Lot 26, Lloyd Shinn Subdivision, hereby conveyed is the South Fifty (50) feet thereof, the same fronting Fifty (50) feet on the East side of Shinn Drive and extending back East between parallel lines to a depth of Three Hundred Twenty-Nine (329) feet, and has located thereon a four room house, less and except that portion of said property conveyed to Muscogee County by right-of-way deeds at deed Book 1146, Page 536.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 9^th day of June, 2015; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said Council held on the day of __________, 2015 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
