LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial) Zoning District to UPT (Uptown) Zoning District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial) Zoning District to UPT (Uptown) Zoning District:
A two-thirds (2/3's) undivided interest in and to all those lots, tracts and parcels of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus and being known and distinguished in plan of said City as all of City Lots Numbered FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE (539)and FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO (542), with the exception, however, of that strip of land approximately six (6) feet in width and one hundred forty-seven (147) feet and ten (10) inches in depth off of the south side of said City Lot 542 taken by the City of Columbus for the purpose of widening Thirteenth Street, together with all buildings and improvements thereon. The above described property is generally and commonly known as 1301 Sixth Avenue, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia
