Attached is a document received from Norfolk Southern requesting closure of 3rd Avenue at the rail crossing located just south of 22nd Street. The staff has previously denied this request due to the impact to the neighborhood by isolating it. A public hearing is currently schedule for September 22, 2016 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Comer Auditorium, 107 41 St.
