O R D I N A N C E S:

(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-04-17-0706: An Ordinance rezoning .46 acres at 4225 Alton Street (parcel # 090-041-005) from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-family 1) Zoning District. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval based on compatibility with existing land uses. (Councilor Huff)

(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-05-17-0899: An Ordinance rezoning 12.05 acres at 7634 Old Moon Road (parcel #’s 073-022-007A, 073-022-007) from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) and SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval based on compatibility with existing land uses. (Councilor Davis)

(3) 2nd Reading - REZN-05-17-1070: An Ordinance rezoning 2.276 acres at 3641 Norris Road (parcel # 069-023-033) from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning District. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval based on compatibility with existing land uses. (Councilor Baker)

(4) 2nd Reading - An ordinance amending Chapter 7, Aviation, of the Columbus Code to provide for definitions, rights of users, and prohibited conduct; and for other purposes. (Request of Airport Commission)

(6) 1st Reading – An ordinance amending Chapter 2 of the Columbus Code by adding a new Section 2-3.07 so as to prohibit candidacy for office in Muscogee County by persons employed by grantees receiving general operating funds from the Consolidated Government; and for other purposes.
