2020 Fort Benning Road
NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
All that lot, tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus and being known and distinguished as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED ONE (1), of the REPLAT OF LOTS 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, and part of lots 2 and 9, of ALBERT DUDLEY B PROPERTY, PART OF ESQUILINE; as shown by a map or plat thereof dated July 19, 1994 signed by Moon, Meeks & Patrick, Inc. Civil Engineers, and recorded in Plat Book 126, folio 20, in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
The above-described property is being rezoned subject to the following condition:
1. Billboards shall not be allowed on this property.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 11
day of March, 2014; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said Council held on the __
