A Resolution authorizing a Special Exception To operate a day care, Type III, as an associated use to a church located at 7170 and 7176 Beaver Run Road.

WHEREAS, Columbus Christian Preschool / Tammy Watts have appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to operate a day care, Type III, as an associated use to a church on the subject property;

WHEREAS, Day Care, Type III, solely as a Special Exception Use under the current SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) zoning district;

WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

• That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7.B have been met and that a Special Exception Use for a Day Care, Type III, be granted for the property located at 7170 and 7176 Beaver Run Road.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the 24^th day of July, 2012, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
