An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 5990 Warm Springs Road from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:

That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:

Beginning at a ½” rebar set w/ cap at the intersection of the eastern right-of-way of Blackmon Road and the southern right-of-way line of Warm Springs Road, said ½” rebar being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving the eastern right-of-way line Blackmon Road and continuing along the southern right-of-way line of Warm Springs Road, North 59 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 312.69 feet to a ½” rebar set w/ cap; thence continuing along said right-of-way, North 60 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 72.79 feet to a ½” rebar set w/ cap; thence leaving the southern right-of-way line of Warm Springs Road, South 29 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 470.87 feet to a ½” rebar set w/ cap; thence South 86 degrees 19 minutes 28 seconds West, a distance of 168.94 feet to a ½” rebar set w/ cap on the eastern right-of-way of Blackmon Road; thence continuing along the eastern right-of-way of Blackmon Road, along an arc of a curve to the left, an arc length of 157.08 feet and a radius of 280.0 feet to a ½” rebar set w/ cap; thence continuing along said right-of-way, North 70 degrees 49 minutes 33 seconds West, a distance of 161.39 feet to a ½” rebar set w/ cap; thence continuing along said right-of-way, along an arc of a curve to the right, and arc length of 82.77 feet and a radius of 220.0 feet to a ½” rebar set w/ cap; thence continuing along said right-of-way, North 49 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 64.56 feet to a ½” rebar set w/ cap at the intersection of the eastern right-of-way of Blackmon Road and the southern right-of-way line of Warm Springs Road, said ½” rebar being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
