I. REDEVELOPMENT PLAN BENNING TECHNOLOGY PARK TAD:
Approval is requested to create tax allocation district #1: Benning Technology Park; to designate the boundaries of the redevelopment area and tax allocation district; to establish the tax increment base and adopt a redevelopment plan for the area; to establish the intent to issue and sell tax allocation bonds as necessary to effectuate the redevelopment of the area and for other purposes.
II. FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL HOCKEY:
Approval is requested to execute the Fourth Amended and Restated Agreement between the City of Columbus, Georgia and QB, L.L.C., a Georgia limited liability company. The proposed negotiated agreement is a revision in pricing and a few other terms regarding scheduling from the previous agreement and an extension of the term of the lease to September 30, 2020. Hockey’s rent will be fixed at $3,000 for each League Game and Hockey Event in the proposed agreement.
III.
ELECTRONIC FEE PAYMENT AGREEMENT - JUVENILE COURT

Approval is requested
to enter into an agreement with FivePoint Solutions, LLC to allow electronic payment processing of Juvenile Court fees. FivePoint will set up a website specific to Juvenile Court for parents to make secure on-line payments.
There will be no expenses on behalf of the City but a convenience fee of $3 or 5% (whichever is greater) will be charged to the individual making the payment.

Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals from waste haulers to provide waste collection services on an as-needed basis for Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia.
The initial term of the contract will be for five (5) years with the City’s option to renew for five (5) additional twelve-month periods.
