Charles Wright has submitted an application for the Special Exception Use cited above. The property is located in a RMF1 (Residential Multifamily 1) zoning district. The site for the proposed boarding house is located at 3019 North Lumpkin Road.

Fifty-Five (55) property owners within 300 feet of the property have been notified by mail of the proposed Special Exception Use. The Planning Department received four (4) calls and/or emails regarding the rezoning.

Boarding or rooming house means, in the case of boarding house, a dwelling in which more than two persons are lodged and served meals on a continuing basis for compensation; and in the case of a rooming house, a dwelling in which more than two persons are lodged without meals on a continuing basis for compensation.
