The request is compatible with existing land-uses. Areas within and around Double Churches Road and Whitesville Road should be able to provide services to meet this complex’s needs.
The site will not require buffers because all parcels abutting it are NC or RO.
Attitude of Property Owners:
property owners within 300 feet of the subject properties were notified of the rezoning request. The Planning Department received no calls and emails regarding the rezoning.
