O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 1st Reading - Property located at 4187 and 4211 Milgen Road, is proposed for rezoning from LMI (Light Manufacturing Industrial) to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District. (REZN—10-13-3346) (District 5 –Councilor Baker) The purpose of the rezoning is for various general retail uses and a health and fitness facility. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning Department recommends conditional approval.

(2) 1st Reading – Text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance to amend the text of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to correct typos and minor errors in various chapters. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. (REZN-10-13-3351)
