An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 1030 Illges Rd and 1044 Rigdon Rd from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:

That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned properties from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning District:

All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 98 of the Coweta Reserve in Muscogee county, Georgia, and in that part of Carver Heights Subdivision designated "Commercial" (a map or plat of which said subdivision is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Plat Book 6, pages 125 and 126), particularly described as follows: The above-described properties are being rezoned subject to the following conditions:

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 25TH day of February, 2014; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said Council held on the day of , 2014 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
