The current zoning is RE1 (Residential Estate 1) and GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The proposed zoning is GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The proposed use is general retail. R E S O L U T I O N S:

(3) A resolution of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, requesting the Columbus Building Authority issue lease revenue bonds in the aggregate maximum principal amount of $7,000,000; and for other purposes. (Columbus Council)
