O R D I N A N C E S:


(3) 1st Reading – REZN-6-14-1261 - Properties located at 2126, 2200, 2206, 2210 and 2214 Buena Vista Road, are proposed for rezoning from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District. (District 3- Councilor Huff) The purpose of the rezoning is for general retail (Family Dollar Store). The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning Department recommends conditional approval.
