O R D I N A N C E S:

(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-06-18-1137: An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at Old Guard Road (parcel # 074-001-004) from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning District. The proposed use is multi-family (256 units). The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. Applicant: George Mize. (Councilor Davis)

(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-06-18-1169: An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 9056 Veterans Parkway (parcel # 079-002-001) from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning District. The proposed use is Life Plan Community. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. Applicant: Joel Womack. (AS AMENDED) (Councilor Allen)

(3) 1st Reading - REZN-07-18-1397: An Ordinance adopting a new Article 9 of Chapter 4 of the Columbus Unified Development Ordinance pertaining to Short-Term Rentals; and for other purposes. The Planning Advisory Commission recommend denial and the Planning Department recommend approval. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)


R E S O L U T I O N:
