AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 1532 and 1544 Benning Drive; 3551 Victory Drive; 3512 Levy Drive from RMF2 (Residential Multifamily 2) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property of the following described property from RMF2 (Residential Multifamily 2) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:

The following properties shall be rezoned to GC:

Tax Map 063	Block 002	Parcels 013 and 003
Tax Map 063	Block 020	Parcel 002
Tax Map 063	Block 031	Parcel 001

SECTION 2.

All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
