Subject: (EXCP-11-16-2323) Special Exception Use request to allow for a new and used auto sales in excess of 0.50 acre but less than two acres located at 4524, 4520 & part of 4602 17th Avenue, Columbus, Georgia
David Bone has submitted an application for the Special Exception Use cited above. The property is located in a SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) & GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The site for the proposed new and used auto sales in excess of 0.50 acre but less than two acres is located at 4524, 4520 & part of 4602 17th Avenue.
The Planning Advisory Commission recommended Approval at the Novermber 16, 2016 meeting.
The Planning Department recommends that the Council Approves the use because the application for a Special Exception use meets the criteria for approval. Respectfully,
