A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO OPERATE A RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 222 7
Project 222, LLC has requested a Special Exception for a restaurant to be located at 222 7
Street within the Historic Zoning District;
Restaurant, General is permitted solely as a Special Exception Use under the current HIST (Historic) zoning district;
the Planning Department and the Planning Advisory Commission have reviewed the request and recommend Approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7.B of the Unified Development Ordinance have been properly met and a Special Exception Use to allow the operation of a Restaurant, General is hereby granted for the properties located at 222 7
Street other wise know as parcel # 003-020-009.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the 14
day of July, 2015 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of _______ members of said Council.
