I. QUANTUM WIRELESS AGREEMENT: Database 'e-CAP ', View 'Pending', Document 'Quantum Wireless Agreement'

Approval is requested to enter into an agreement with Quantum Wireless, LLC (Quantum) so that it will construct wireless boosting services in the Civic Center facility and retain the right to provide those services to various wireless providers for a term of ten years with two five year renewals.


II. FY 2018 LOCAL GOVERNMENT & IMPROVEMENT GRANT - FORT BENNING ROAD ROUNDABOUT AND FORREST ROAD WIDENING, PHASE I PROJECT: Database 'e-CAP ', View 'Pending', Document 'FY 2018 Local Government & Improvement Grant (LMIG) '

Approval is requested to submit an application and accept FY18 Local Government & Improvement Grant (LMIG) from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). The proposal is to use $800,000 for the completion of the Forrest Road Widening Project. The remainder of the funds, $1,279,905.58 will be used toward the Fort Benning Road Roundabout.


III. REQUEST TO SUB-LEASE CLAFLIN SCHOOL: Database 'e-CAP ', View 'Pending', Document 'Request to Sub-Lease Claflin School'

Approval is requested to allow the Friends of Historic Claflin, Inc. to sub-lease Claflin School to the joint venture, Claflin School Preservation, L.P., in order to obtain State Historic Tax Credits for the conversion of the school into 44 (+/-) units of affordable housing, with an area of the school to be set-aside for educational programs and to display the school's history.


IV. ACCG CIVIC AFFAIRS FOUNDATION GRANT: Database 'e-CAP ', View 'Pending', Document 'ACCG Civic Affairs Foundation Grant'

Approval is requested to authorize the City Manager to submit an application and accept, if awarded, an ACCG Civic Affairs Foundation Grant in the amount of $7,500, or as otherwise awarded, with no local match requirements to be used for the Youth Advisory Council events and activities and to amend the Multi-Governmental Fund by the amount of the award.

VI. PUBLIC HEARING - MIDLAND COMMONS TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN: Delayed Database 'e-CAP ', View 'Pending', Document 'Staff Report Midland Commons Redevelopment Area TAD'

Approval is requested to create a Tax Allocation District Redevelopment Plan to designate the boundaries of the redevelopment area and tax allocation district; to establish the last known tax increment base and adopt a redevelopment plan for the area; to establish the intent to issue and sell tax allocation bonds as necessary to effectuate the redevelopment of the area; and for other purpose.


VII. GMA RECERTIFICATION CITY OF ETHICS PROGRAM: (Add-On) Database 'e-CAP ', View 'Pending', Document 'GMA Recertification City of Ethics Program'

Approval is requested to apply for recertification and, if approved, accept recognition from the Georgia Municipal Association as a "Certified City of Ethics".
