An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 99-21 so as to replace existing Personnel Review Board Policy 220-505 with a new policy which shall be designated as Policy Number 220-505 and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

Ordinance No. 99-21, Policy Number 220-505, Personnel Review Board, is hereby repealed in its entirety, and a new Policy Number 220-505 is hereby adopted in its place to implement Columbus Charter §4-610(1),as set forth in Attachment A hereto.

SECTION 2.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances and policies which are in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
