A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO OPERATE A PRIVATE SCHOOL AND ACCESSORY USES LOCATED AT 7620, 7600 & 7556 OLD MOON ROAD.

WHEREAS, Calvary Christian School/Ricky Smith have appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use, to operate a private school and accessory uses on the property described above;

WHEREAS, Private Schools are solely as a Special Exception Use under the current SFR1 & 3 (Single Family Residential 1 & 3) zoning district;

WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
