The Planning Department received one comments in regards to this case. His concern was with the potential use of the property if the rezoning were to be approved. Additional Information:The purpose of this rezoning request is to build a new golf range and studio for Columbus State University along with a club house. The facility will be used by CSU’s golf team, CSU students and faculty only. They will use the existing parking lot which has approximately 25-30 parking spaces.
