A RESOLUTION AUHTORIZING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO OPERATE A BOARDING OR ROOMING HOUSE AT 3019 NORTH LUMPKIN ROAD.
Charles Wright has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to operate a boarding or rooming house on the subject property;
boarding and rooming houses are permitted solely as a Special Exception Use under the current RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) zoning district; and
the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That all criteria of Section 10.2.7.B have been met and that a Special Exception Use for a boarding or rooming house be granted for the property at 3019 North Lumpkin Road.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the 26
day of March, 2019, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of
members of said Council.
