Board Meeting Minutes
December 11, 2012
A Meeting of the Community Development Advisory Council was held at the Government Center Annex Building, 420 10th Street, December 11, 2012.

CALL TO ORDER
:
The meeting was called to order by Claudy Muller, Vice Chair. A quorum was present. The Minutes of the June 2012 and September 2012 Meeting were approved as presented.
The Board was given an update on the status of the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER was submitted to HUD in September 2012. HUD has approved its submission.
The Board reviewed and discussed the requests submitted for funding for FY 2014. A copy of the applications requesting funding were provided to each Board Member for review. The Board was asked to rank or score each application. The scores will be used to help determine the allocation of funds in the review process. The Board is to submit their scoring results by January 18. The Board will hold a Called Meeting on January 29, 2013 to review the results.
