An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 1147 6th Avenue / 512 12th Street (parcel # 018-015-005 / 018-015-006) from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial) Zoning District to UPT (Uptown) Zoning District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:

That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial) Zoning District to UPT (Uptown) Zoning District.:
EXHIBIT "A"

PARCEL 1147 6TH AVENUE and PARCEL 512 12TH STREET

All those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as PARCEL 1147, 0.51 Ac. and PARCEL 512, 0.24 Ac., as said parcels are shown upon a map or plat entitled "SURVEY OF PART OF CITY LOTS 551, 552, 553 & 554, COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA" dated November 30, 2018, prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., a copy of which is recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 339 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for a more specific location and dimensions of said parcels.

Together with all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to that certain Access Easement, approximately 8 feet in width, described in Deed Book 2889, Page 266 and further shown on that certain Plat Book 165, Page 339 in said Clerk's office.
