An ordinance repealing Columbus Code Section 2-15.2(1) in its entirety, related to minimum charges for dismissal of cases in Recorder’s Court; and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.

Section 2-15.2(1) of the Columbus Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2.

All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
