(5) 2nd Reading - REZN-04-17-0657: An ordinance rezoning approximately 10.96 acres located at 2357 & 2367 Warm Springs Road as well as 3705, 3713, 3721, 3803, 3809, 3817, 3823 & 3829 Gurley Drive (Parcel #’s 187-001-001, 187-001-002, 187-001-003, 187-001-004, 187-001-005, 187-001-006, 187-001-007, 187-001-009 & 187-001-010) the current zoning is NC (Neighborhood Commercial) / RO (Residential Office) and RE1 (Residential Estate 1) zoning districts. The proposed zoning is RO (Residential Office) zoning district. The proposed use is Office. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend conditional approval. (6) 1st Reading - REZN-04-17-0706: An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 4225 Alton Street (parcel # 090-041-005) from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-family 1) Zoning District. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval based on the staff report and compatibility with existing land uses. (7) 1st Reading - REZN-05-17-0899: An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 7634 Old Moon Road (parcel #’s 073-022-007A, 073-022-007) from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) and SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval based on the staff report and compatibility with existing land uses. (8) 1st Reading - REZN-05-17-1070: An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 3641 Norris Road (parcel # 069-023-033) from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning District. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval based on the staff report and compatibility with existing land uses.
