An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 5301 Morris Avenue from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Zoning District to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) Zoning District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:

That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Zoning District to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) Zoning District:

All that lot, parcel of land situate, lying and being in Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as Lot 169, J.B. Thomason Survey, as said lot is shown upon a map or plat entitled “REPLAT OF LOTS 69 & 70, J.B. THOMASON SURVEY & LOT 12, REPLAT OF LOTS 8 THROUGH 12, PROPERTY OF MRS. GRACE MCKINNEY & D.E. DELOACH PROPERTY, COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA”, dated June 2, 1995 prepared by Hobbs Smith Associates, Inc. and recorded in Plat Book 128, Folio 61 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, GA, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description and location of said lot.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 2^nd day of December, 2014; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said Council held on the day of _________________, 2014 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
