Request for citizen participation to review the FY 2012 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (C.A.P.E.R.)


The Community Reinvestment Division of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia has prepared a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the period July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. This Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, also known as Performance Report and/or the C.A.P.E.R. provides information on activities funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant and the Home Investment Partnerships Program. The C.A.P.E.R. also assesses the progress made in meeting community development, housing, and homeless needs in the community. The public is invited to review the draft of the C.A.P.E.R. and to submit written comments. A public hearing will be held Thursday, September 6, 2011, 6:00 p.m. at 420 10th Street, Government Center Annex. A copy of the C.A.P.E.R. may be obtained at the Hearing or may be viewed at the following locations:
