Additional Information:These three parcels have two structures located on Manchester Expressway. There are two curb cuts granting access to Manchester with current configuration of developments. The redevelopment of these parcels should provide the city with the opportunity to consolidate curb cuts and request that the development be served by one curb cut. Parcels will be consolidated into one parcel.
