Request for citizen review of the Draft of the City’s FY 2013 Annual Action Plan
The Department of Community Reinvestment of the Columbus Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia is holding a Public Hearing to receive citizen comments on the draft of the City’s Fiscal Year 2013Annual Action Plan. The Plan is a document required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that outlines the City’s plans for the allocation of its Entitlement Funds (CDBG, HOME) for the one year period beginning July 1, 2012.
Request for citizen review of the Draft of the Neighborhood Stabilization (NSP 1, 3) Amendments
The City of Columbus, Georgia is amending its FY 2008 and FY 2010 Annual Action Plans for the Neighborhood Stabilization Grants, 1 and 3 (NSP 1, 3) to allow for the rental of houses purchased and rehabilitated with NSP 1 and NSP 3 funds received from the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA) of 2008 and the Wall Street Reform and Recovery Act of 2010, respectively.
The Public Hearing will be held on

The public is invited to attend and to offer comments related to the Draft and the amendments.
Copies of the draft of the Annual Action Plan and the amendments for NSP 1 and 3 are available for a 30 day Public Comment Period.
The Public Comment Period will begin April 13, 2012 and will end May 12, 2012.
