(Light Manufacturing/Industrial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property from LMI
(Light Manufacturing/Industrial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
All those lots, tracts or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in Land Lots
and 66 of the 8th District of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, known and designated as ALL OF LOT 6, SECTION THREE, BELLGATES PLAZA and ALL OF LOT 10, SECTION SIX, BELLGATES PLAZA, as described in plats of survey thereof recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 9 and Plat Book 82, Page 2, respectively, and being more recently shown as "LOT 10, 2.643 ACRES AND LOT 10A, 0.639 ACRES" on that certain map or plat dated October
1998, prepared by Allen-Simpson, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 137, Page 31 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County.
The above-described property is being rezoned subject to the following condition:
Billboards shall not be allowed on this property.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 9
day of September, 2014; introduced a
second time at a regular meeting of said Council held on the ______ day of ___________, 2014 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of
