An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district located at 565 Morris Road from LMI (Light Manufacturing Industrial) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:

That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property of the following described property from LMI (Light Manufacturing Industrial) Zoning District to RO (Residential Office) Zoning District:

All that lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 99 of the Coweta Reserve of Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and distinguished as Lot Numbered One (1) of the REPLAT OF TILLINGHURST, as shown by a map or plat of said Subdivision made by G. V. Carr & Co., Engineers, dated February 12,1946, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Plat Book 3, folio 44, said Lot Number 1 hereby conveyed being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINING at an iron stake placed 00 on the western side of Morris Road, as designated on said map, where the Northerly line of said Lot 1 and the Southerly line of Lot 2 of said Subdivision intersect said Morris Road, and running thence Westerly, along the Southerly side of said tot 2, and running thence South 52 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of 162.5 feet to an iron stake on the Eastern Bank of Lindsey Creek; thence running south and Southeasterly along the Eastern Bank of said Creek, a distance of 263 feet to an iron stake on the West side of said Morris Road; running thence North 37 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 15.8 feet to an iron pin; running thence North 37 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 139.0 feet to the point of beginning.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the 23^rd day of October, 2012; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said Council held on the day of___________, 2012 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of __ members of said Council.
